Allen Browning has over 40 years of experience in Idaho courts. He represents clients in personal injury and criminal defense matters, with a long track record of trial success and client advocacy.

Steve Carpenter’s passion for justice began early and grew into a lifelong commitment to guiding clients through complex legal challenges. His practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, gun rights, and estate planning. David L. Brown received his law degree from the University of Idaho Law School. His previous degrees include a Bachelor of Science in history from Boise State University and an Associate Degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Mr. Brown gained extensive experience in the years following his schooling and served in many positions including: Intern for Governor Dirk Kempthorne, Deputy Public Defender in Bonneville County, Deputy Prosecutor in Jefferson and Teton Counties, and Public Defender in Northern Idaho. These positions have provided Mr. Brown with vast courtroom experience. During his service as a Deputy Prosecutor, he handled cases in Teton and Jefferson Counties. He has experience in many fields, particularly bankruptcy, criminal law, and family law. Mr. Brown serves individuals throughout the area of Eastern Idaho and focuses primarily on assisting clients who are in felony and misdemeanor cases.
